Maiden Tower Museum-Cafe

The Maiden Tower museum-café invites you to discover exciting tastes and have a whiff of ancient times. The cosy café-restaurant comprises three floors of the ancient wall-tower. Each of these differently designed floors has been given a name of its own. Having had a fine meal you can see the display in the basement of the tower, watch a jolly anima-film on the history of the tower, or listen to the sad story about the misfortunes of a 16th-century noble Livonian maiden. The big panoramic window and the gallery behind the wall parapet offer fascinating views of the Tallinn Old Town. The tower is also available for various events in the rooms of the café itself as well as in the underground auditorium suitable for seminars. Seekers of new experiences will be offered educational programmes and guided tours.
