In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to delve into the history of photographic technology and experiment with constructing their very own device.<\/p>\n
We will explore the era preceding the invention of photography, shedding light on how renowned painters employed camera-like instruments to streamline perspective in their artwork before the advent of photography. Each workshop participant will craft their own camera obscura and gain a fundamental understanding of optical principles.<\/p>\n
This workshop is designed for students in grades I-III and high school.<\/p>\n
Group Size: Maximum of 24 participants (For larger groups, students will be divided into separate smaller groups).<\/p>\n
