Nature photo year 05.2023-05.2024
The spring of 2023-2024 was the theme year of nature photography at the Photo Museum. The following exhibitions and events took place within this framework:

EXHIBITION OF THE PHOTO ARCHIVE OF THE MAGAZINE “EESTI LOODUS”
The main exhibition of the year brought out the photo archive of the magazine “”Eesti Loodus” with a very long publication history.

SWAMP LANDSCAPES
An exhibition that was based on environmentally friendly analog photography by the artist Léonie Rauch.

THE FORESTS OF THE NORTH WIND
The exhibition about Finland´s forests “Forests of the North Wind” by the artists Ritva Kovalainen and Sanni Seppo from Finland

NATURE TAKES OVER
The author of the exhibition, Dan Mikkin said about his inspiration: “I am a tireless traveler, whose weakness is mansions and industrial buildings. Especially the ones that people have left.”
