TICKETS

COMBINED TICKET: Tallinn City Life Museum & Kiek in de Kök Fortifications Museum

The ticket grants access to all exhibitions of both museums and is valid for 1 month from the date of the first visit.

  • Adult: 22 €
  • Concessions: 16 € (students, pensioners and people with reduced work ability)
  • Family: 44 € (max 2 adults and their children under 19)

GUIDED TOURS

Foreign-language tour: 60 € per group + museum ticket per person

FREE ADMISSION

Entrance is free to everyone:

  • on the International Museum Day, 18 May.
  • For pre-registered visitors on Museum Sundays

Free admission upon presentation of the relevant document:

  • preschool children up to 6 (at Miiamilla Children’s Museum up to 2)
  • Tallinn Card and Museum Card holders

  • Museum and Tallinn Botanic Garden staff

  • Members of the Estonian Museum Association, ICOM, Tallinn Guide Association, WFTGA
  • journalists on duty
  • children up to 16 with disabilities and their accompanying person
  • people with severe or profound disabilities and their accompanying person
  • persons with reduced work capacity
  • ITIC Teacher Card holders (discounted admission; free as group leader)
  • refugees from the war in Ukraine
  • the repressed

Free admission does not apply to lectures, guided tours, workshops, museum classes, or other paid events.

On Tallinn Day (15 May) and Museum Night, museum entry costs 1 €.

HOW TO GET HERE

  • On foot were just a few minutes away from Viru väljak, Raekoja plats (the Town Hall Square), and the Balti jaam railway station. Check Tallinn public transport planner for connections.
  • By car: The museum is located at Vene 17 and can be reached via Väike Rannavärav from Rannamäe tee, through Pikk Street and Olevimägi, or from Uus Street

ACCESS

Visitors with disabilities who wish to visit us are kindly asked to contact us in advance by e-mail at . Our museum is located in a historic building with steep stairs and no lift, so we handle accessibility arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

  • For personal use: You may take photographs without flash or a tripod. For other situations, please contact the museum reception.

  • For the press: Photography and filming of the museum building, exhibitions, and events is free if arranged in advance.

  • For commercial purposes: Photography and filming are subject to fees.
