The museum offers guide sets for group tours. For example, the guide set helps to hear the guide better in the city. ESF (The European Social Fond) has helped to acquire the guide sets.
The Kiek in de Kök tower, the Maiden’s Tower (Neitsitorn), the Stable Tower (Tallitorn), the Gate Tower (Väravatorn), the bastion passages and the Carved Stone Museum make up a complex that is over 500 meters long.
It has two entrances: from the Kiek in de Kök tower (Komandandi tee 2) and Maiden Tower (Lossi plats 11). Whole museum is accessible from both entrances.
CLOSED on national holidays: January 1, February 24, June 24, August 20, December 24.-26.
Closes 3 hours earlier on days preceding public holidays: February 23, June 22, December 23, December 31.
The museum is divided in three parts that can be visited either in combination or separately.

In addition to the full ticket, there is a separate ticket for visiting the towers only, and a ticket to visit only the bastion passages and the Carved Stone Museum.
- The Bastion passages can be visited on your own, independently, without a special tour.

Regular scheduled tour take the visitor through the Bastion passages and the Carved Stone Museum and will end outside at Vabaduse väljak (Freedom Square). Please note that temperature in the passages is 7-10 °C throughout the year and we have to navigate some rather steep stairs, so please dress appropriately!Please note: We do not recommend taking children under the age of 7 to the Bastion passages guided tours!
