Info
Photo Museum is situated in the Old Town in the medieval Town Council’s prison and the warden’s house, both built in the mid-15th century. The buildings that have been frequently renovated were restored and reonstructed for the museum in the late 1970s and in 1980 the Photo Museum was transferred here. The history of Estonian photography from 1840-1940 has been displayed here.
